COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Pneumatics Fundamentals training class is a single-day training class for students interested in learning basic skills needed for pneumatics systems and calibration. The Pneumatics Fundamentals training class will be led by Honeywell’s George Minkel. The class will cover system basics, terms & abbreviations, value propositions, thermostats, relays, receiver controllers, and hands-on calibration lab. We will be utilizing temporary licenses and Delta’s Cloud Engineering to teach this class. The class will feature a BACnet controller, BACnet router, Niagara Workbench, Sensor termination, and laptop configuration. The course will cover wiring, terminations, BACnet routers, creating a stable system, adding controllers to existing networks, bandwidth strategies, and analyzing packets.
